Shipping is free in the contiguous US with orders of $100 or more. Our flat rate for orders below $100 is $14.99 for standard shipping.

MAVE New York ships via UPS. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. MAVE New York does not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to soon!

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Orders placed after Noon EST on Fridays and over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Federal and Bank Holidays may affect shipping times.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Please always return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt. Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, as each retail store has their own return policy.

Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. If you are shipping the product to our fulfillment center, please allow 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
